Kate Dinneen
Kate Dinneen is the granddaughter of World War 1 vets Gerald Paul Dinneen and Leonard (Patrick) Lane. She is a fulltime, professional artist blacksmith located in Lawrence, KS, USA. Over the past twenty years Kate has been involved with several blacksmith organizations including Blacksmith Association of Missouri (BAM), British Artist Blacksmith Association (BABA), and Artist Blacksmith Association of North America (ABANA). She served on the ABANA board and has contributed and been a guest editor for the highly regarded BABA publication Artist Blacksmith magazine. She has been involved in a number of international, national and regional blacksmith events and conferences in various roles including organizer, demonstrator, instructor and participant. Kate looks forward to being part of this significant project.
